| Tyne and Wear Local Transport Plan Team
The Local Transport Plan is a statutory plan prepared by all local authorities which sets out priorities and objectives for the development of transport. The plan is then used to bid for funds from the government. The team Chairs the Tyne and Wear Freight Partnership, which is a key part of Local Transport Plan 2, which covers the period 2006-2011.
